This Testing and COA Policy explains how Cornerstone Research Supply, operated by Cornerstone Research LLC, presents testing information, Certificates of Analysis, batch documentation, and product transparency information.
Cornerstone Research Supply makes a good-faith effort to provide accurate product descriptions, batch details, and testing information for products offered on the website.
When available, testing information may include identity, purity, potency, heavy metals, endotoxins, sterility, or other applicable testing.
Certificates of Analysis, testing summaries, or batch reports may be provided for transparency and documentation. COAs apply to the specific batch tested and should be reviewed together with the product name, batch number, and testing date when available.
Testing information does not change the intended use of any product. All products remain research materials intended strictly for lawful laboratory research use only.
COAs, purity results, potency results, identity results, sterility results, endotoxin results, heavy metal results, or other testing documents should not be interpreted as approval for human use, veterinary use, medical use, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, food use, supplement use, or household use.
Product appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch. Appearance differences do not necessarily indicate a defect. However, customers should report visible abnormalities present upon arrival before opening, puncturing, reconstituting, transferring, or otherwise altering the product.
If a customer observes a visible concern upon arrival, they should contact info@cornerstoneresearchsupply.com within 7 days of delivery and before opening, puncturing, reconstituting, transferring, or altering the product.
The customer should include the order number, product name, batch number if available, clear photos of the vial, label, packaging, and shipping materials, and a brief description of the concern.
Cornerstone Research Supply does not guarantee that any product will produce a specific research result, fit a specific research method, or meet a specific protocol expectation. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their lawful research purposes.
For website organization, COAs may be listed by product name, milligram amount, batch ID, and date when available. Customers should match the batch ID on the product label or order documentation to the batch ID listed with the COA.
Testing and COA questions may be sent to: info@cornerstoneresearchsupply.com
