TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Return and Replacement Policy explains how Cornerstone Research Supply, operated by Cornerstone Research LLC, handles returns, replacements, damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, and product concerns.

1. No Returns

All sales are final. Cornerstone Research Supply does not accept returns.

This is a product-integrity policy. Once a vial leaves our possession, we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, exposed to temperature, opened, altered, contaminated, or maintained. For that reason, products cannot be returned to inventory or resold after they have left our control.

2. Returns Are Not Accepted For

• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong product.
• No longer needing the product.
• Misunderstanding the product.
• Inability to use the product.
• Opened products.
• Unopened products that have been stored by the customer.
• Products exposed to heat or cold after delivery.
• Refused deliveries.
• Delayed packages once in carrier possession.
• Products that have been reconstituted, punctured, transferred, contaminated, used, or altered.

3. Replacement Review for Product Issues

Although we do not accept returns, we do want customers to receive the correct product in acceptable condition.

If something is wrong with an order when it arrives, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cornerstoneresearchsupply.com.

4. Eligible Issues for Review

• Broken vial.
• Cracked vial.
• Leaking vial.
• Missing item.
• Incorrect item received.
• Damaged packaging that affects product integrity.
• Compromised or unusual seal.
• Labeling error.
• Fulfillment error.
• Unexpected cloudiness upon arrival.
• Unexpected discoloration.
• Visible foreign particles.
• Any visible abnormality present before the product is opened, mixed, altered, or used in research.

5. Information Required for Review

To review a product issue, we may request:

• Order number.
• Product name.
• Batch number, if available.
• Clear photos of the vial.
• Clear photos of the label.
• Clear photos of the packaging.
• Clear photos of the shipping materials.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Date the package was received.

6. Report Visible Issues Before Opening or Altering

Customers must report visible concerns before opening, puncturing, reconstituting, transferring, or otherwise altering the product.

Once a product has been opened or mixed, it becomes much harder to determine whether the concern came from the original product, storage conditions, handling, outside materials, temperature exposure, contamination, or customer error.

7. Reasons a Claim May Be Denied

• The issue is reported after the 7-day claim window.
• Photos or requested information are not provided.
• The product has been opened, punctured, reconstituted, transferred, used, or altered.
• The product was improperly stored or handled after delivery.
• The issue appears to have occurred after delivery.
• The package was delayed, lost, stolen, or mishandled after delivery by circumstances outside our control.
• The claim is inconsistent, incomplete, abusive, or appears fraudulent.

8. Approved Resolutions

Approved replacements, store credits, refunds, or other resolutions are provided at the discretion of Cornerstone Research Supply. The available resolution may depend on the product, issue, batch, order history, documentation provided, and surrounding circumstances.
