Cornerstone Research Supply does not provide medical, veterinary, diagnostic, treatment, dosing, administration, cosmetic, supplement, or human-use guidance.

4. Product Issue Reports

For damaged, missing, incorrect, or visibly abnormal items, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and before opening, puncturing, reconstituting, transferring, or altering the product.

Customers should include the order number, product name, batch number if available, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

We do our best to respond promptly, especially when there is an issue with an order, damaged vial, missing item, incorrect item, or product concern that needs review. Response times may vary based on business hours, order volume, holidays, and the complexity of the issue.
